Client Agreement

This agreement is between Next Vacation Tours & Travel (hereafter known as “Travel Agency”) and the purchaser (hereafter known as “Client”) of services.

Scope of Services

Next Vacation Tours & Travel acts as an agent for both travel suppliers and Client, arranging and booking travel components for the Client from the suppliers. For example, transportation, lodging, cruises, activities, and more elements of travel.

Client Responsibility and Acknowledgement

Client is responsible for reviewing and acknowledging the attached Terms and Conditions. Should Client have any questions, they are to contact Travel Agency.

Client Agreement

By signing below, I agree to the acknowledgements stated above and hereby enter into an agreement with Next Vacation Tours & Travel to work with them exclusively, denying my right to work with another travel agency or make my own reservations for this travel trip. I authorize Next Vacation Tours & Travel to begin research and preparation of potential travel itineraries.

Terms & Conditions

Before Next Vacation Tours & Travel makes arrangements for your travels, we require you to acknowledge your agreement with the following terms and conditions, on behalf of yourself and all members of your traveling party.

Next Vacation Tours & Travel offers retail travel services, acting as a sales agent for any airline, hotel, car rental company, tour operator, cruise line, or other travel supplier who provides goods or services for the traveler(s) trip. We are not responsible for Supplier omissions, financial default, refund policy, trip credits, cancellations, or anything that may result due by Supplier’s fault and that Next Vacation Tours & Travel has no control over.

Force Majeure: Next Vacation Tours & Travel shall not be liable or faulted for anything or anyone that is not under our control. Any form of injury, illness, weather conditions, property damage, missed connections, delays, Supplier mandatory actions, and/or other liabilities shall not be at the fault of Next Vacation Tours & Travel or our responsibility. We have no special knowledge of unsafe traveling conditions, health or weather hazards, suitability for disabled persons, or the like of any portion of your travel. For information regarding possible dangers at destinations, we recommend you visit the State Department travel website at www.travel.state.gov. For medical information, contact the Centers for Disease Control at www.cdc.gov/travel. Next Vacation Tours & Travel recommends that Traveler register for the United States government’s Smart Traveler Enrollment Program, a free service to allow United States citizens traveling abroad to enroll their trip with the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate, at https://step.state.gov/step.

Traveler understands and acknowledges that cruise lines, tour operators, and other Suppliers have their own terms and conditions, and that you will be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms. Cancellations, refunds, and other terms and conditions are bound by the supplier.

Traveler(s) is required to review all aspects of their booking for accuracy and to inform Next Vacation Tours & Travel promptly for any issues or changes. Traveler(s) assumes full and sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report such errors and/or omissions. The name, date of birth, and gender on your passport or government issued ID must match exactly the same data that is listed on airline ticket(s) and booking records.

When traveling internationally, Traveler assumes full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of the destination(s) and connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). Passports must be valid at least six months after date of re-entry to the United States. Some countries will not admit persons convicted of a crime. Some countries require both parents’ consent for minors to travel. Note that rules are subject to change whether travel is domestic or foreign.

All Travelers are required to keep a valid credit card on file that will be used as a form of payment for travel components throughout the booking process. Next Vacation Tours & Travel requires an Authorization for each charge that will be made. If Traveler has questions, concerns, or disputes a charge to the credit card, Traveler is to contact us prior to initiating a refund or “chargeback” with the credit card company.

Next Vacation Tours & Travel recommends consulting with a travel insurance carrier to obtain travel insurance. Travel insurance policies will dictate the extent of coverage, but can protect the traveler from financial loss, cancellations, medical emergencies and expenses, lost baggage, accidents, and more. If you choose to decline travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept liability for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred.

Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. They are not secured until a deposit is made on the travel.

By making payment(s) to Next Vacation Tours & Travel, you acknowledge that you have been advised of, reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions and contract for travel related services. These terms and conditions apply to yourself, your family, and/or traveling companions that you represent or make payment(s) for on their behalf.

Group Travel Terms & Conditions

I understand and acknowledge that all travel reservations must be made in the full name listed on their government issued ID and passport. I understand that I am responsible for all expenses related to name changes after the reservation(s) has been made.

I understand that it is my responsibility to arrive in time for travel departures and all activities.

I understand that I am solely responsible for any damage to the properties while on travel. I waive the right to sue Next Vacation Tours & Travel and its representatives for any injuries or damages suffered from this travel or related activities. I understand that I am solely responsible for my safety, and any injuries related to this travel are my responsibility.

I understand and acknowledge that when traveling in a group hosted by Next Vacation Tours & Travel, they are facilitator of the travel sale and pay the Suppliers. If Next Vacation Tours & Travel is the merchant on your credit card transaction, any chargebacks or refunds are against the Supplier(s) and not us. You agree not to pursue any action against Next Vacation Tours & Travel by signing this form.

If traveling internationally, I understand that I am responsible for ensuring I have the proper travel documents and must check with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. I agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations of the country during travel.

Next Vacation Tours & Travel is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the airlines. Room accommodations cannot be guaranteed and are at the discretion of the lodging facility.

I understand that group trips paid by credit card are subject to processing fees. I understand and acknowledge that refunds for group trips are at the discretion of Next Vacation Tours & Travel. Whether or not a trip is refundable and such terms will be in the travel package information.

I grant Next Vacation Tours & Travel the right to take photographs, record videos, and/or use my social media posts in conjunction with travel and/or activities hosted by Next Vacation Tours & Travel before, during, and after such travel and/or activities. Financial compensation will not be provided for such usage.
